Project Overview
On July 13, 2026, Modern Cleaning Solutions LLC completed a carpet cleaning project at a rental property in Appleton after the customer had already hired another company to clean the carpets. They weren’t happy with the results of the first cleaning, so they called us to take another look and see what we could do.
We re-cleaned the carpet using our truck-mounted hot water extraction system, cleaning products, and carpet cleaning tools. With more than 19 years of experience and IICRC certification behind our work, we were able to address the areas that needed additional attention and leave the customer very happy with the finished results.

Our Appleton Carpet Cleaning Results
The biggest result from this project was simple: our customer, Linda, was very happy with how the carpets turned out after we re-cleaned them.
They had already paid to have the rental property carpets cleaned once and still weren’t happy with the results, so coming back to fix the problem mattered even more. Our truck-mounted hot water extraction process gave us the ability to thoroughly re-clean the carpet and address the areas that still needed attention.
This Appleton project is also a good example of why we don’t approach every carpet the same way. Our IICRC training and more than 19 years of hands-on experience help us determine which tools, products, and cleaning methods make sense for the carpet in front of us.
